Conducted user testing with 5 grab drivers from ID who drives grab motorbikes. came out with the discussion guide for the moderator to conduct the user testing sessions. After the user testing, i consolidated their responses and analysed them into a UT report and did a presentation on the results to the entire team. The UT report contained

Research objective:

 Understand drivers thoughts and behavior regarding swap batteries

- Evaluate & discover flaws in the proposed design/concept (find battery station, scan, cabinet flow, voice guide)
